Basically happy with service but having to be on rural broadband (yet only 400m outside of town boundry) it became very expensive compared to other providers.
Service mostly reliable
Can take a long time to book a call back. Also some buffering.

Came to end of our contract and without any messages bumped up the cost. They even have 30/20 internet speed as "standard"and charge to be at the market norm of 100/30.Also failed to offer us their newer plans.
Can go into a shop and talk to a person.Always had helpful/good service
As above

Spark has been awful, can take up to a day for call back when the connection is dropping out, they always have to get a technician out I the end, and it's far too pricey

Spark is manipulative and anti-consumer. Shocking service - 2 hour wait on phone, or 1 day wait on callback, then can't understand their accent. The promotion I found on their website was wrong/out of date and the would not honour it.
The new unplan is still over priced and locks you into 12 months for NOTHING! Unplan charges the same for 60gb that others charge for unlimited data!!
Save yourself the disappointment - go elsewhere and stop feeding this dysfunctional corporate beast.
Called - got a 2 hr wait. Gave up, and was only then offered a callback for a day later. Call was no use. New unplan locks you into 12 months for NOTHING! The promotion I found on their website was wrong/out of date and the would not honour it. Unplan charges the same for 60gb that others charge for unlimited data!! ...read more

The service has always worked well. Some days there is slow internet or the internet will time out, but the service has been reliable and valuable.
It has good speed, reliablilty and the comapny is well known
The price is standard and does not stand out as being a great deal.
